Shipping Policy
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame being published, please make sure your address is fully entered correctly.
In the case of entering an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours via email ewithclass@gmail.com of when the order was placed. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information that was entered by the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from ewithclass, you will be held liable for the original shipping charges.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must follow up with the United States Postal Service. Ewithclass is not responsible for package(s) that shows delivered.
All orders placed within the US, will be shipped via USPS.
Standard shipping can take 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped. This is just an estimate not a guarantee, and doesn’t include weekends or holidays.
